George Burns stars as a former vaudevillian who befriends a young runaway, played by 14-year old Brooke Shields, who is being chased by drug dealers.
Bill (George Burns, Oh, God!) is an ex-vaudevillian who now lives alone.
Kate (Brooke Shields, The Blue Lagoon) is a 14-year-old girl running away from a drug dealer.
The two meet when Kate is hiding in the trunk of Bill's car, naked.
They have to avoid the drug dealer, nosy neighbors and Bill's concerned daughter in order to keep Kate safe and Bill out of prison.
